
Once you have confirmed your booking, the villa will be held for a maximum of 14 days to allow receipt and clearance of your 25% deposit. The person named as head of party on booking form will be the person responsible for all guests and responsible for complying with the payment terms below.
A deposit of 25% is required within two weeks of signing the booking form. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your rental commencement date. All payments must be by cheque or wire transfer to our UK or USA bank account. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of rental commencement date, then full payment is required immediately.
In the event of you requiring to cancel your holiday, the following charges apply:-
A reminder will be sent to all guests for the outstanding balance of payment if it is not received 8 weeks prior to rental commencement date. If the payment is not received immediately following the reminder then your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeit.
In the event of a natural catastrophe (eg hurricane, tornado, flood, earthquake) we will not take responsibility for
1) finding you alternative lodgings .
OR
2) any financial losses incurred regarding transportation or alternative lodgings. It is strongly recommended that all guests take out holiday insurance to protect themselves and enable them to recover any payments incurred for flights and accommodation in the event of an unexpected cancellation.
The property owners or their management company retain the right to access at any reasonable time during your stay.
Unless otherwise arranged, villa rental commences at 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. This is to allow the property to be cleaned prior to guests arriving but we request that all guests leave the villa in a neat and clean condition.
Please do not remove any items from the villa at any time. The contents remain the owner's property and an inventory is checked following each departure date. Please report any damages or loss to the management company.
Please remember that Southern Dunes is a residential community and as such, residents
and other holidaymakers should be respected. Please do not engage in any activity
that may cause inconvenience or distress to your neighbours -
