Prices are per villa, not per person and include taxes and all villa facilities.  Discounts are available for late availability ( within six weeks of departure 10% ).

 

Bookings of 15 nights or more are entitled to a discount depending on length of stay. Please enquire for more information.

          Pool Heating Charge £90 per week

We require a deposit of  25% of the total cost of the booking with the remainder being due 8 weeks prior to departure. For daily rates divide by seven. (Bookings less than one week - incur an additional £50 to cover cleaning fee).  A security deposit of $45 is payable to the management company on arrival, this is an insurance premium should there be any damage in the villa.  This is non refundable
